SOFIFI strives to make shopping as easy as possible by offering a useful and easy e-commerce. We want to have a straightforward and open communication with the customer in order to minimize the risk of misunderstanding and dissatisfaction. Therefore, we urge you to contact us at the slightest question or concerns.
To purchase goods in SOFIFI's web shop you must be over 18 years, or hold parents permission.
If a product is sold out in the web shop, please feel free to contact us by email or mail. We might have the opportunity to get the product from one of our distributors.
All prices in the web shop include Swedish VAT (25%). Shipping costs are not included in the price.
You can pay by card directly in the web shop or pay by Paypal. If you live in Sweden you can also choose to pay by invoice. If you pay by invoice, there will be an additional fee of 59 SEK.
You decide which payment method that suits you best.

Once you have completed the payment transaction in the web shop and we have received your order, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. This confirmation should be saved. It is also important to check that the information in the order confirmation is correct. If you find any error, please contact us immediately by phone or email, so we can correct the error before your ordered merchandise is shipped.
Once the goods have been sent from SOFIFI you will receive an email as confirmation. In order to have full control of the delivery status, you can track the package through the use of Posten Sverige’s tracking tool "Track n 'Trace' on www.posten.se.
Sweden, Denmark and Finland: 300 SEK, 30 Euro, 37 USD
EU: 500 SEK, 50 Euro, 62 USD
Rest of the world: 500 SEK, 50 Euro, 62 USD
If the package weighs over 3 kilograms, there is an additional shipping charge.
SOFIFI strives to achieve as short delivery times as possible and use Posten Sverige AB. Your package is delivered to your nearest delivery point and shipping usually takes between 1 - 5 business days for delivery within Sweden and Europe. Deliveries to the rest of the world normally take between 7 to 12 business days.
You can track your package using the Swedish Post tracking tools, "Track n 'Trace'”, which appears at the bottom of this page, alternatively at www.posten.se.
All packages sent from SOFIFI are insured and SOFIFI accounts for all costs if a package is damaged or lost on its way to the customer. If you discover that the package is damaged at your delivery point, don’t accept it and let it be sent back to SOFIFI. In such an event, you should also contact SOFIFI within 10 days.
If you regret your purchase or wish to change the product, you stand for all expenses in the event of damage or disappearance when sent back to SOFIFI. It is therefore very important that you package the product so that it is well protected.
SOFIFI takes responsibility for all personal information such as name, address, email address, etc., that you provide us with while making a purchase. SOFIFI monitors and manages your personal information as PDA (Personal Data Act). Information such as your address information is only given to third parties in order to meet Sofifi’s commitments towards the customers.
Your credit card details are handled properly in accordance with the International Security Standard PCI DSS card companies as VISA and MasterCard are behind.
If you want to cancel the purchase of an item, please contact us immediately so we can cancel the delivery. If the item has already been sent, use the right of withdrawal as described later in this agreement.
PACKAGES NOT PICKED UP
If you don’t not pick up the package, it will be sent back to Sofifi. You pay for the shipping charges and we charge an additional fee of 20 Euro to cover the costs in connection with the return of the package.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGE GOODS
You have full right of withdrawal for 10 days after you received your package. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can either replace it with another color or size, or make a return and get your money back. In these events, the garment must be returned to us in its original, unused condition.
If you wish to exchange or return your item, please contact SOFIFI by email or phone, then fill in the exchange/return note that is supplied with all SOFIFI’s packages. In the event of a withdrawal of an item, you stand for the shipping charges back to us. If you wish to exchange an item, you pay for the shipment to us, but we pay for the shipping charges back to you.

At SOFIFI we value your opinions very highly and ask you to contact us by email or telephone at the slightest complaint or request. This helps us to constantly develop and improve our service to our customers.
SOFIFI shall be exempted from all compensation for damages and other penalties if the performance of the contract is prevented or impeded by any circumstance - such as war, government intervention, civil disturbance, restrictions in energy supply, labor disturbance, prohibition, restriction, loss of license, accidents, unsatisfying transportation or weather conditions - which SOFIFI not reasonably could have foreseen at the time of the establishment of the contract and whose consequences SOFIFI could not avoid or overcome.
SOFIFI can not guarantee that the colors displayed on a web shop exactly represent the colors of the garments in reality. The color shown on the webshop can vary depending on the settings on your computer screen.
